The employees are really nice and I got super nice nails!!

This place is warm full, workers are very detailed and professional. Always able to do the design I’m inspired of! Highly recommend!!

Takes a bit of time to get what you want but the work always done right. They do not takes appointments cuz Maria wants to make sure the customers are satisfied. My wife and I are satisfied with the results. You must be patient when you get there. Bring your smile and sens of humor and you will see that time goes quickly.

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE. THEY WILL MESS UP NAILS. I asked for a simple french tip showed a picture and the nail tech kept saying i don’t need to look at the picture. Next thing yk my nails look bad bulky the lines are okay but it’s bulky, the color is sheer and a very bad job in general. I normally tip generously, but this time I didn’t tip much and still regret tipping.horrible communication between the client and employee. One star just because the lady was nice while I did my nails.

Don't get me wrong very talented in performing whatever design you desire, but it's not like it's free! Lol they charge everything separately!! But that's not why I'm writing, I'd pay with pleasure when I'm satisfied & I do appreciate a good job. My first appointment I was about 7 minutes late, so she took someone else and I had to wait for about an hour but since I was eager to try n I thought it was MY fault for being a few minutes late, that's the price I pay n I waited patiently! Today I went for my refill, I called on Monday to book an appointment for Thursday at 1:15 with Maria. I didn't take a risk n arrived there early enough just before 1! Told the guy ( think he's the owner & the husband) about my appointment, he said ok sit! Around 1:10, I saw that another girl sat where I was supposed to sit! ( not to forget someone whom I assume was waiting for so long went n bought food n started eating it there, which made it even more unpleasant 🤢🤮) Then at 1:15 I reminded the same guy about my appointment with Maria at 1:15, ( like others mentioned she was speaking in her language to him) , not only he wasn't apologetic he kinda rudely told me if I leave it'll be even longer!!! Excuse me?? You don't threaten your client when you're the one who knowingly OVERBOOKED and are so ignorant to admit and apologize! He told me I have to wait for a good 40 minutes!! Which we know when they say 40, it's NEVER 40!! So I left... he said because tomorrow is a holiday every one wants to get their nails done! That is NOT true! Because when people CALL IN ADVANCE! and you give the appointments, you know a holiday is coming up so that's ridiculously irrelevant. Have the balls to say, because there's a holiday and you must close for a day, you're trying to milk it as much as you can n get as many customers as you can. Ladies you must have some SELF-RESPECT for yourself and walk away from this kinda treatment. Our time is as valuable. Sadly people don't care and LET them treat us like this. I really wish there was some sort of SUPERVISION over these businesses!
